The Building Process

1. Initial contact – your phone call is a priority!
2. Meeting – the building process begins when we meet to discern your construction needs and desires
3. Quote – we take time to work up a quote that is detailed and priced according to your project
4. Second Contact – this quote is either hand delivered by appointment, or if mailed, is followed by a phone call
5. Commitment – if the quote is a fit for you, we continue to meet until all the details are considered and committed to
6. Prints – time to see what we have created! This is an exciting, visual step in the process
7. Permits – we work closely with you through the permit application process, using our experience to ensure clear communication with your township
8. Initial Payment – once we have the permit, we receive an initial payment and it’s time to break ground
9. Ongoing Communication – through the whole process, we will make every effort to make your project a priority. This is extremely important once we have begun the work in your home to ensure that we continue on schedule and finish strong
10. Payment – because your trust in us comes through time and experience, we have developed a payment schedule that asks for no more than 30% of the total quote, based on work completed at one time.
